Sherimi Wellness is a trauma-responsive wellness platform devoted to supporting women through seasons of transition, healing, growth, and becoming. Here, transformation is not rushed — it is honored as a sacred process.

At the heart of this work is the Palingenesis Journey — a guided path of rebirth, regeneration, and self-discovery. This journey recognizes that healing is cyclical, not linear, and that women deserve compassionate spaces to pause, reflect, and realign with themselves.

Through thoughtfully held experiences, Sherimi Wellness offers support for the whole woman — mind, body, and breath.

Our Offerings

Women’s Circles (Monthly)
Gather in community for reflection, shared wisdom, and intentional conversation. These circles provide a safe, nurturing environment to be seen, heard, and supported.

Sacred Pause (Weekly Guided Meditation)
A gentle guided experience for rest and reflection through stillness and breath. These sessions help release tension, quiet the nervous system, and return you to your center.

Mapping Sessions (Private & Group)
Guided clarity sessions designed to help you process where you are, integrate what you’ve experienced, and move forward with intention and understanding.

Somatic Movement (Class)
Slow, mindful movement that supports the mind–body connection, helping to release stored stress and trauma while cultivating awareness, safety, and ease within the body.

Assisted Somatic Stretching

A gentle, guided stretch session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support nervous system regulation. This trauma-informed experience helps you reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive environment—without pressure or strain.
