About Us

Sherimi Wellness is a trauma-responsive wellness platform supporting women through seasons of transition, growth, and becoming. Through the Palingenesis Journey, women are guided through cycles of rebirth, regeneration, and self-discovery. Support is offered through monthly women’s circles, weekly Sacred Pause guided meditation and reflection, private and group Mapping Sessions for clarity and integration, and gentle Somatic Movement practices that support the mind–body–breath connection and help release stored stress or trauma. Together, these offerings create a holistic, compassionate space for women to reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention.

Meet the Founder

My name is Cecelia Ware, BSN, RN, and my work in trauma-responsive care is deeply rooted in both my professional experience and my personal healing journey.

For over ten years, I have worked with individuals and families impacted by trauma and community violence — from children as young as five to adults. I have supported women who have survived the loss or near loss of their children, women transitioning home from incarceration, police officers, community outreach workers, teachers, and administrators. I am also the author of a school-based curriculum that has reached more than 2,000 young people, offering tools for emotional awareness, coping, and healing.

While this work has shaped my career, my most meaningful work has been the healing I have done within myself. Walking through my own experiences with trauma taught me that healing is not one-dimensional. It requires space to slow down, to listen to the body, to reflect, and to reconnect with who we are becoming.

Sherimi Wellness was created from that understanding. It is a space I wish had existed earlier in my own journey — one that honors the full human experience and offers care without urgency or expectation. I believe deeply that everyone deserves access to spaces where they can heal, learn, and grow in ways that feel supportive and accessible to them.
